How'd you like to become a mod? Admin.
Of course we'll need to test you, put you through questions, and depending on asnwer's. We can decided for sure. We aren't looking for too much people; if anything, I'd like to even it out; this way, not only male's are dom over females(I want it to be equal with both gender's).
And, what do you wish to see in a mod?
Respect?
Trust?
Authority?
ect,ect.

I could definitely do mod-work. I'm totally unfazed by loads of messages in my inbox, slight contempt/fear, responsibility and ULTIMATE POWER so I feel like I'd be a decent mod. That's totally up to you though.
What I wish to see in a mod? Authority, respect and trust are all a given for me. On top of that, impartiality and personality. Personality is kind of under-rated in my opinion. A mod that people can relate to and like is really nice; helps to make people want to stay. Maturity too.

What I would like to see in a mod - Mods are people that have to be active and kept up to date on events, if there is enough people maybe this idea would work, mods for each division of the project (world, plot, character design) not to say that they couldn't moderate anything in general but this would help to keep people up to date as well, if there are people whom need to be up to date and collaborate about the project as well.
anyways its gotta be someone who is Passionate about the project - anyone who is passionate will automatically have good qualities that make them candidates.
